Complaint casebook Food poisoning due to narcissus bulbs
Last updated on March 6, 2025.
1.Overview
Novir was collected in a nearby field, and five families ate it as "nuta" and "miso soup", etc., and four families complained of vomiting and headache symptoms, and were transported to the hospital by ambulance .
2.Results of the survey
When I appraisal the wildflowers I brought in, it was all "Nobiru", but the "Nuta" that was cooked contained bulbs other than Nobiru.
After checking the collection status of wildflowers, it was found that the person had forgotten the "narcissus" he received during the lunch break on the day, so he had together with Novil.
3.Conclusion
"Daffodil bulbs" are mistakenly eaten as "Nobiru bulbs".
