1.Overview
Eight out of 81 people who had eaten yellowfin tuna sauteed developed. Symptoms showed rash and numbness in the tongue 15 minutes after eating.

2.Results of the survey
3.1g/kg of histamine was detected in a small fillet. It was not detected in the large fillet.
3.Conclusion
The detection of histamine in a complaint was considered to be allergic food poisoning (decay) due to histamine.
4.Reference
Histamine: It is derived from hisstidine in the event of rot, and is inactive in conjunction with other substances, in muscles, cerebral pituitary, and other animal organs, and in the plant world at barley angles. It is said that excessive release of histamine in the animal body causes allergies.
