1 When using the roster

（１） We publish medical facilities established as of February 1, 2025.

This list is created based on applications and notifications under the Medical Law.
It may not be reflected in the list depending on the time of application / notification, the status of processing, etc.
In addition, due to the adoption of transitional measures, medical departments has been included in subjects marked before the revision of the Medical Law.

（２） The medical facility list is posted in Excel file format, PDF file format and CSV format.

（３） About bed

※The number of beds allowed is the number of beds used.

Spirit	・・・	Hospital beds for hospitalization of patients with mental illness
Infectious diseases	・・・	Among hospital beds, prescribed in the “Law Concerning the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases” For hospitalization of patients with Class 1, Class 2 infections (excluding tuberculosis) and new infections
Tuberculosis	・・・	Hospital beds for hospitalization of patients with tuberculosis
Medical treatment	・・・	Hospitals or clinics beds, mainly for hospitalization of patients who require long-term medical treatment.
General	・・・	Hospitals or clinics beds for hospitalization of patients other than mental, infectious diseases, tuberculosis, and medical treatment
