Eligibility
Doctor license holders who meet all of the following conditions
- Applicants must be under 65 years of age as of April 1 of the year to be hired
- For those who have obtained a doctor's license after 2004, those who have completed clinical training prescribed in Article 16-2 of the Doctors Act or are expected to complete by the date of recruitment.

Work environment and work-life balance
