Training for Supporters

This program is designed to provide support tailored to the diverse needs of patients with incurable disease from various positions related to the support of incurable disease patients at home, including doctors, parties, and care workers. Please join us.

Location: 8th floor of Health and Welfare Center
Contents: Lecture “Basic Knowledge of Patient Support for incurable disease Patients (Points of Care for Neurology incurable disease)”
　　　Lecture "Understanding the psychological process between patients and their families and their relationship with their families"
　　　Lecture + Group work “Points in Care for incurable disease Patients and Multidisciplinary Collaboration” and others
Target: Those who wish to engage in home help services for patients with incurable disease in Yokohama, who are already engaged and who meet the following:
①Those who have completed or are taking the training of practitioners for training care workers
②Those who have completed basic training for nursing care staff or first-class training
③Care worker

People with incurable disease need long-term medical treatment, and their symptoms continue to change and are highly individualized. This is a training course to learn the skills and tips of care management tailored to the diverse needs. Please join us.
