Children up to the third grade of junior high school who meet all of the following conditions as of August 1, 2023

・At present, Medical Certificate for infant has not been granted
・I live in Yokohama and have a health insurance card.
・Not receiving social security
・Not supported by the medical expenses subsidy program for severely disabled people, single-parent families, etc. medical expenses subsidy program
・Not receiving medical treatment based on the Child Welfare Law

　The application for the Business Administration Center issued by Medical Certificate for infant, Yokohama City has been closed on Thursday, August 31.
