At the market, seafood "Seri" starts around 4:00 in the morning. For this reason, from around 3:00 am, two food hygiene observers will tour the market and perform the following duties.

  • Monitoring and guidance on the handling of food, etc.
  • Inspection and confirmation of food labeling
  • Discovery and elimination of poisonous fish
  • Removing food for inspection

Normal monitoring

Foods after selling auctions are arranged at wholesale stores and retail stores inside and outside the market. We monitor whether these foods are handled hygienically or properly displayed, and provide guidance such as discontinuation of sales if there is an improper handling or violation of labeling.
