Emergency information transmission system
Kohoku Ward has introduced an "emergency information transmission system" that simultaneously communicates emergency information such as evacuation warning over the phone. If you are a registered person and wish to register, please fill out the registration application form with required items and apply by mail, fax, ward office window (No. 44) or e-mail.

Registered persons
〇 Those who are listed below or their supporters in the advocate required during a disaster living in the flood inundation area
・ Elderly people living alone or elderly households with a degree of need for nursing care of 3 or more, all need support or certification for nursing care
・ Those who need nursing care less than 2 and are worried about cognitive decline
・ Disabled persons, intellectually disabled persons, mentally ill persons, and incurable disease patients who have been determined to provide services under the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act
・ Among the visually impaired, hearing impaired and physically handicapped, the Handbook for the Physically Disabled 1st to 3rd grade
・ Nursing notebook (love notebook) A1, A2, mentally ill health and welfare notebook 1.2 grade
