Kohoku Ward Childcare and Education Concierge

• We started reception of concierge window consultation for the first half of May, 2025 from Yokohama-shi child care support site "Pamatoko"! (April 2, 2025)
• We released schedule of group briefing session, individual consultation of 2025. (April 1, 2025)

Childcare and Education Concierges are located in Children and Families Support Division in each district with the aim of appropriately linking the needs of parents with childcare services.
In response to consultations on where to leave pre-school children, we provide information on licensed nursery schools, childcare services such as Yokohama Nursery Room, temporary custody business, and kindergarten custody childcare.

■Tell me! Application for Concierge Nursery School
We will guide you through the application of a nursery school in Yokohama City.

Every year, we hold briefings and consultations by the childcare and education concierge at the Doropp Satellite, a local childcare support base in Kohoku Ward.

For groups, we will explain basic knowledge about childcare services and the flow of application.
※Advance application is required for participation.
※The briefing will be the same each time. We would appreciate your participation at least once.

Through individual consultation, we provide information on childcare services that meet the needs of each family.

・What kind of childcare services do you have in Yokohama?
・I want to work at my own pace several times a week ... Is there any place to leave my child?
・What is kindergarten custody?
・What is the current availability of nursery schools?
・I applied for admission to a licensed nursery school but has been put on hold. What should I do with my child?
・Sometimes I want to leave my child and refresh, are there any places to leave it?

Date of implementation: April to September, December, March (weekdays only)

The first half of May 2025 has been updated on April 2. We accept application from Yokohama-shi child care support site "Pamatoko" (outside site).
The second half of May 2025 is scheduled to be updated around April 15.

• Pre-registration of the user is required to make a reservation.
• Please cancel or change your reservation from My Page at least one day before the reservation date.
• If you are late for booking on the day, please call Kohoku Ward Children and Families Support Division Nursery School for sudden cancellations (Tel: 045-540-2280).
• If your reservation is full, please usually come to the counter or call us.
