Web ticketing (reservation of ticketing before coming to the agency!)
In order to reduce waiting time for visitors to the agency and alleviate congestion, we have introduced a service that allows you to reserve a ticket at the counter on the day of the event on the web before visiting the agency.

About web issuance
By accessing the Kohoku Ward website ticketing site with your own PC or smartphone before visiting the agency on the day, issuing a number tag for the web ticketing, and coming to the agency when the order approaches, the waiting time from coming to the ward office to calling the counter is shortened.
※This service is provided by Kogito Co., Ltd. based on a service agreement with Yokohama City. The domain of this service is wtgaf.jp. (Consulted in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 4 of the Yokohama City Internet Delivery Guidelines)

Flow from web ticketing to window reception
Before coming to the agency ...
①Access Kohoku Ward website (outside site) using your own PC or smartphone
②Wait in line at the above site and get the "Receipt Number" and "Authentication Number".
※The authentication number will be required at the time of issuing a ticket at the ward office, so please refrain from using notes or screenshots.
③Check that your order is approaching from the congestion at the Kohoku Ward window (outside site) and check the next agency
※The estimated time required to call is around 10 minutes per 5 waiting people (please note that this is only a guide time).
After the next agency ...
④Documents required for the procedure ※Fill in the form
⑤With the number issuing machine, press the "People who have received advance WEB reception", enter the "Authentication Number" of 2, and actually issue the number tag (paper).
※Documents are provided at the ward office, but you can download them from the following and prepare them in advance.

Notes
- Please note that the number will not be called at the counter unless you actually issue a number tag (paper) after the next agency.
- The window at Reception hours is from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (Closed: national holidays, other holidays, and New Year's holidays December 29th-January 3rd). Even if you have issued a web ticket, you will need to issue a number tag (paper) in the Reception hours window.
- If you have issued a web in the morning and there is no actual number tag (paper) issuance procedure at the ward office after 2:00 pm, and the "reception number" has passed the reception order at the counter, Please note that we may cancel for the purpose (no cancellation notice).
- Even if the "reception number" issued on the web has passed the order of reception at the counter, it can be accepted. If you come to the agency, please fill out the documents and issue the number tag (paper).
- If you can no longer visit the Agency after issuing the web, please access the URL described in the e-mail you sent and complete the cancellation procedure.
