The permission of Health and Welfare Center is required to open a barber, beauty salon, laundry, public bath, inns, entertainment halls, pools, hot springs, barns and graveyards.

As there is examination of documents, drawings, please come to window and talk.
Also, if there is a change in the contents of the permission already obtained, the change procedure will be required. If applicable, please contact Environmental Sanitation Section in advance.
