For vaccination, you will need a "Vaccinations Other City Request Form" issued by the mayor of resident certificate. Please submit it to the medical institution at the time of vaccination.
The cost will be borne by the person (paid). In addition, depending on the municipality where you live, there is a system to return the burden of expenses. For more information, please contact your local municipal office.
