※If you live in the Okurayama area, you will need to apply to the Futoo Park Management and Steering Committee. If you do not know the contact information, please contact Kohoku Ward Regional Promotion Division.
How to register (*Click here for renewal procedures)
The procedures for changing or renewing the registration status are as follows.
Those who can register at the ward office are those who live in Kohoku Ward (excluding the Okurayama area), attend school, or work.
※If you live in the Okurayama area, you will need to apply to the Futoo Park Management and Steering Committee. If you do not know the contact information, please contact Kohoku Ward Regional Promotion Division.
≪Notes≫
・Please read the Tao Park Usage Guide (PDF: 127KB) carefully before considering registration.
・Registration is in group units.
・Registrants and members may not be registrants or members of other groups.
・Please do not change the registrant, member, etc. in one of the users and make multiple registrations. If multiple registrations are clear and white, subsequent use may be refused.

| Window | Please bring your personal identification documents (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) to the Kohoku Ward Office Regional Promotion Division Lifelong Learning Support Section (45th window on the 4th floor). The registration certificate will be issued on the spot. |
Notice
This facility is for those who live in the Okurayama area, but some periods are open to Kohoku residents living in other areas.
Currently, there are some people who cannot use it at all even if they wish due to the increase in registrants. In order for as many people as possible to use it, the same user is the same.
Please refrain from partially changing the organization name, registrant, and members to make multiple registrations.
Please note that we may refuse use if it seems to be clear multiple registrations.
