August 1, 2019 Regular Meeting

We are pleased to announce that the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Regular Meeting will be held as follows.

1:30 pm on Thursday, August 1, 2019

　Board of Education meeting room (302 meeting room on the 3rd floor of Kannai Ekimae No. 1 Building)
　※If you would like to observe, please pay attention to the following hearing method and come to Kannnai Hall (large hall) at the reception hall on the day.

(3)Matters to be discussed
　Excluding textbooks for high school, textbooks for special needs schools and textbooks for elementary, middle and compulsory education schools, and special subject morals.

(1)Reception hours
・From 0:15 p.m. to 0:45 p.m. on the day
　※If more than 880 people wish to observe, the reception will be closed even in Reception hours.
(2)Reception desk
・Kannnai Hall (Large Hall) (4-42-1 Sumiyoshicho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
　※For access to Kannnai Hall, please check the Kannnai Hall website (external site).
(3)Lottery of observers
・From 0:45 pm, the audience will be determined by lot from those who wish to observe according to the provisions of Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Hearinger Rules (20 people).
・For those who have won the lottery, staff will guide you from Kannnai Hall to Kannai Ekimae No. 1 Building.
・If you are out of the lottery, you can watch the video of the meeting at the reception hall.
(4)Notes
・Kannnai Hall seats are reserved in the order of reception. Please seat according to the staff's guidance.
・Please use public transportation when you come to the venue.
・Please be careful with heat stroke, such as frequent hydration in the waiting space on the day.

・If you are a press, please come directly to the 302 meeting room on the 3rd floor of the first building in front of Kannai Station.
・If the number of press members exceeds a large number of people (20 people) due to the circumstances of the venue, please interview each company one person at a time.
・Guidance to reporter seat assumes municipal administration press conference, Yokohama radio, TV press conference. Other press members will be accepted at "4" Kannnai Hall (Large Hall) above.
