We are pleased to announce that we have made a preliminary lottery for those who can observe the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat regular meeting held on August 4, 2021 in the meeting room on the day of the event.

3 Lottery Method
For each applicant, put a tag with a number in the box and draw a lottery. We received applications from 173 people. ※Number tags are not in the order of application.
We had municipal administration reporter draw number tag.
20 winners have been decided.
4 About dispatch of prior lottery result of hearing applicant
Regardless of winning or losing, the lottery results will be sent by mail by Tuesday, July 27.
In addition, as in the previous fiscal year, we plan to broadcast live on the Internet in order to see the state of the deliberations while ensuring safety and security.
Internet broadcasts can also be viewed by those who have not applied for advance lottery.
