Inspection and Evaluation of the Board of Education

Based on Article 26 of the "Law Concerning Organization and Operation of Local Education Administration", each Board of Education checks and evaluates the status of management and execution of educational administration affairs every year, and submits a report on the results to Congress. And announce it.
We check and evaluate the results in 2023 and announce them as they have been compiled in the report as follows.

Article 26 The Board of Education shall, every year, work belonging to its authority (work entrusted to the superintendent of education pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article and other affairs belonging to the authority of the superintendent of education (the secretariat pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (4) of the same Article) Inspection and evaluation of the status of management and execution of affairs, prepare a report on the results, submit it to Congress, and publish it Must.
(2) In conducting the inspection and evaluation set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Board of Education shall utilize the knowledge of those who have academic experience in education.
