In Yokohama City, we are considering the start of a relocation and rebuilding project for school facilities (Seya Junior High School).
As general plan of relocation rebuilding business (Seya Junior High School) of school facility was finished this time, we raise opinions of citizen's all of you based on Yokohama-shi public works evaluation system.

Public works evaluation is based on the efficiency of public works projects conducted by Yokohama City, by objectively evaluating and publishing the necessity and effects of the project at each stage from before the start of the project to after completion, We carry out for the purpose of planning improvement of transparency of conduct and implementation process.

(1)City makes prior evaluation record (plan) from viewpoints such as necessity of business, effect and consideration for environment.

(2)We announce pre-evaluation record (plan) which we made on homepages and raise opinions from citizens. At the same time, we will seek opinions from the Yokohama City Public Works Evaluation Committee, which is made up of academic experts.

(3)City gathers opinion for opinion from citizen's all of you and correspondence for opinion statement issued by committee and decides prior evaluation record and announces as result of prior evaluation.
