What is a club activity instructor?
Under the supervision of the principal, he will provide technical guidance, appointment as an advisor, and lead activities outside of school activities at Yokohama Municipal Junior High School and compulsory education School (second term) as part-time staff at City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat.

Registration qualifications	（１） Those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and are fluent in practical instruction in the club activities in charge, have excellent personality and insight, are suitable for teaching students, and have a sufficient understanding of school education. （２） For instructors of martial arts (judo, kendo, karate, etc.), those who have a rank. （３） Those who do not fall under the disqualifications stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act and Article 9 of the School Education Act. （４） Those who are healthy and have the necessary skills for their duties. （５） Those who meet any of the following conditions (a) to (c) Oh, person who has experience in club activity guidance as school teacher B. School club activities or community clubs that have experience in providing sports guidance to elementary school studenｔ students. (C) Those who admit that the principal of the school to be placed has a certain level of knowledge and skills D. Those who have a certified instructor qualification of the Japan Sports Association Those who have completed training courses for club activity instructors recognized by City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat ※Please contact us if you have any questions. Students (universities, vocational schools) must have at least 3 years of experience in club activities to be taught in compulsory education.
Duties	Engage in one of the following duties or all duties specified by the principal: （１） Practical instruction （２） Guidance of knowledge and skills related to safety and disability prevention （３） Leading students in activities outside the school, such as external games. （４） Inspection and management of equipment and facilities （５） Management and operation of accounting for club activities （６） Contacting parents, etc. （７） Preparation of annual and monthly activity plans in cooperation with teachers, etc. （８） Daily student guidance during activities （９） On-site response in the event of an accident （10） Club activity adviser or deputy adviser （11） Attend training held by the Board of Education, etc.
Work location	Yokohama Municipal Junior High School, compulsory education School ※compulsory education School is a school that consistently conducts compulsory education from elementary school to junior high school (as stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Law). Club activities are available in the second semester (7th to 9th graders).

Selection
Selection method	We examine contents of application documents and register in Yokohama-shi club activity instructor appointment candidate list.
Notification of selection results ※We do not respond to inquiries over the phone.	（１） Those who applied by mail The results of the selection (registration is possible) will be notified by mail (using the envelope enclosed at the time of application). （２） Those who applied by e-mail You will be notified by replying to the e-mail address at the time of application.

Flow to Appointment
①	Registration in the list of candidates for the appointment of Yokohama City Department Activity Instructor
②	The principal of the school where you want to assign a club activity instructor to the Board of Education. →Select the candidates to be assigned from among the registrants of the candidate list of club activity instructors in consideration of experience, competition type and activity content, school wishes, working areas, commuting time, etc.
③	Interview with the principal of the school and the registered registrant.
④	Announcement of interview results (whether or not appointment)
