Interviews, surveys, and analysis with related organizations regarding the occurrence in FY2022 were conducted by the "Verification Committee for Serious Cases of Child Abuse, etc." made up of outside experts, which was positioned in the "Law Concerning the Prevention of Child Abuse," and conducted verification work to prevent recurrence.
