Staff Interview Bus crew training course

Last updated on February 14, 2024.

Hodogaya Sales Office Bus crew member T.T.
After working in a private company, he joined the bus crew training course in July 2018.
He became a regular employee from January 2019 and is active as a bus crew at the Hodogaya Sales Office. Only the former mechanic can see the condition of the bus instantly.

The instructor trained me inexperienced self from scratch.

When I was able to pass well on the narrow and undulating difficult roads around Komyoji, where the downtown atmosphere remained, I felt "Okay!" It's about empty car training in the training course.
The bus had a large body, so the road width was initially narrow, and I was afraid of driving honestly.
However, under the direct guidance of the instructor on board, I gained experience every day.
"If you think it's dangerous, stop. "You need the courage to stop." "Who is on the road."
As advised, if you always predict the danger and slow down, "That bicycle is likely to come out on the road," the bicycle will come out again.
In addition to these danger detection abilities, the training that I learned in detail about service and in-vehicle announcements is exactly my property.

From sales office work, boarding training, and driver debut.

While touching a large car during my previous job maintenance work, my desire to drive a bus expanded, and when I got married and the age of 30, it was a training course that could aim for a crew member even if I had no experience.
I was grateful that I was able to attend a driving school to obtain a large two-class license while training to acquire the attitude and customer service attitude as a public servant from scratch. .
"Absolutely, get a license. Everything is from there, "and everyone was pleased when they got it.
And in the sales office training, I experienced everything from telephone correspondence to a masterpiece work to collect while dragging a broken bus stop, but it was valuable to be able to realize the difficulties behind the scenes.
In particular, I will not forget to give thanks to the instructor who taught practical skills training three months after obtaining the license and the day after coming.
Actually, thanks to that, I was able to make my driver debut a week ago.
To be honest, it was a series of tensions. Unlike empty cars, packed cars are less likely to have brakes, and on the other hand, if you do not step on the accelerator carefully, standing customers will wobble. Looking over the inside of the car through the mirror and calling out "Please be careful as it will shake in the future", so when you arrive at the end point, you will sweat.
One day, the customer said, "I'm glad I was driving cautiously," and said, "Oh, you'll see me." In order to protect those people's days, I get on the driver's seat while muttering the bus with my heart saying "There is no accident today."

The goal is Mastered Leiber, the top of the crew.

My current dream is to be a mustard Leiber in the shortest time.
This is a title that only crew members who have excellent service attitudes, as well as no accidents and no violations. The judge is the mask tour conductor, so every day wins seriously. Although it is difficult, I would like to get a proof of certification "a single line on a hat" and contribute to the citizens with confidence.
It's good to be able to share with customers the time that can only be met by bus in the moment when the morning sun shines from the valley of a building. And finally, when I decided to change jobs, my wife pushed my back, thank you.
I will do my best to help Yokohama where you grew up.
