Azamino Station Staff S.N.
After graduating from a vocational school for confectionery and breadmaking, he worked for bakeries and restaurants for 10 years, and joined in 2018.
Currently, he is active as a station clerk at Azamino Station, using the customer service skills cultivated in the food and beverage industry as a weapon. The goal is the driver.
My son reminded me of the railway.
"What kind of back do you want to show to your child?" When my son was born last year, I suddenly thought so. What kind of father do you want to be in front of this new life that gives birth as much as possible?
More than 20 years ago, it was the scenery of a train heading to my grandmother's house in Niigata that crossed my mind.
The train, which turned from Fujisawa to the pure white snow scene, looked like a dream, and the driver was really cool.
"Oh, I want to show my son how I work on a train that I've always longed for." The family was surprised, but the birth of a child had the power to change himself.
I quit a restaurant where I had been working for more than five years and took a City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau exam when my child was four months old.
While learning from seniors, compete with customer service skills of strength.
Now, the first year of entering the station, I run around every day at Azamino Station, which was assigned as a station clerk, from checking safety at the platform to providing transfer guidance and assisting wheelchairs.
I got used to it now, but when I first made a yard announcement, my voice echoing at the station was so unfamiliar and shy. Furthermore, when we responded to transfer transportation due to the accident on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line passing above, we couldn't immediately respond to the flooded customers, and we finally had to guide them in one hand of the route map.
At that time, I was overwhelmed by my seniors' work.
Be sure to go to work before scheduled times in preparation for unexpected situations, respond to various customers with a wealth of knowledge and send them with a smile. I thought it was amazing.
Therefore, in order to catch up as much as possible, in addition to hitting my head from the route map to the neighborhood information, I faced the customer with the care I gained from customer service experience.
At the ticket gate, look at the customer's eyes and say, "Well me." For those who are in doubt, "What's wrong?" 。 Then, the number of times said "Thank you" increased, and "Customers are not one of the large numbers, but are seeking one-on-one response."
Furthermore, when I took an AED course in Transportation Bureau, I learned that heart massage is different between children and adults, and I personally learned about AED courses for children, saying, "If I can save a small life in case of emergency," I am.
The station is just a passing point, but I would like to work on everything I can do to see how satisfied customers can be in that moment.
And to the driver's path, which had been a dream for 20 years.
What I was pleased recently was that when I was scolded by a customer and was a little depressed, a regular customer passing through the ticket gate greeted me with a full smile.
You will be encouraged in such a moment.
In the future, we will finally take the selection to become a driver and aim to be a dream driver.
In the driver training department, senior drivers are saying, "I will study the best in life," in order to learn from the structure of train vehicles to driving theory.
But I don't give up.
When the child grows up, it's a game to tell him that "Your presence has made Dad a driver."
