About application of income for National Health Insurance premium calculation

The National Health Insurance premium is calculated based on the income of the head of the household and the insured belonging to the household.
For those who have not been able to confirm the income status (*) of the previous year in determining the amount of National Health Insurance premium for the current fiscal year, the Insurance and Pension Division of each ward may request a petition for income related to National Health Insurance (hereinafter referred to as a petition). May be sent.
For those who have received this petition or who have been informed by the Insurance and Pension Division of each ward, please file a petition regarding the income status using the petition received or the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System (see the bottom of this page).
※In the case of insurance premiums for FY2024, income status from January to December 2025
