In the event that income falls to a considerable extent due to the loss of business as a source of income or a decrease in sales due to the impact of COVID-19 infection, the National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premium exemption and postponement of payment of insurance premiums and special application procedures for student payment are completed upon application for fiscal 2022.
For insurance premiums during the following periods, you can continue to apply for special special measures.

• The special student payment system is for insurance premiums from two years and one month before the month of application to March 2023.
• The premium exemption / payment deferral system is for insurance premiums from two years and one month before the month of application to June 2023.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, some procedures in National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) can be notified by mail for the time being.
Before mailing, please contact your ward office National Pension Plan Section or the pension office in charge of your ward office to check the information on the documents and the attached documents. Please note that we may contact you if there are any deficiencies.
