I want to cancel my account transfer
The procedure is only at the counter of financial institutions or Japan Post Bank (post office).
How to cancel
Financial institution stores in the city
Each store has a "Yokohama City Tax Fund Transfer Request Form", so please apply at the window of the financial institution or Japan Post Bank (post office) by the procedure (cancellation) deadline for the delivery date for which the transfer is desired. .
Financial institution stores outside the city
There is no request form at the store, so please contact the Finance Bureau Tax Payment Management Section Fund Transfer Section, order the request form, and then apply at the financial institution window.
Internet Bank (Rakuten Bank / PayPay Bank)
Please contact the Finance Bureau Tax Administration Division Fund Transfer Section for information on the procedure.
Notes
If you wish to use a payment method other than fund transfer such as smartphone payment or credit payment, or if you change or cancel the account that is transferring, please refer to the "Yokohama City City Tax Fund Transfer Request Form (Notification of Cancellation) / Automatic Please report cancellation at the window of the financial institution registered in the "Application for Use of Payment (Discontinuation Notification)".
