[Start use in January 2023] About one-stop service (light OSS) of light motor vehicles holding-related procedures

From January 2023, procedures related to light motor vehicles ownership when purchasing a new car will be possible at any time via the Internet from a personal computer.
Only light motor vehicles, which has three or four or more wheels, is eligible. Please note that motorbikes, small special bicycles, two-wheeled light motor vehicles and small cars are not eligible.
