2. weather warning (heavy rain, heavy snow, etc.) announced (Kawasaki, Yokohama)
3. At the time of heat stroke warning alert announcement (Kanagawa Prefecture) ※Includes heat stroke Special Warning Alert.
4. In cases where alternative land cannot be prepared due to construction of patrol sites, etc.
5. In case of emergency response such as road conditions or traffic accidents

※Due to the closure of Negishi Horse Racing Memorial Park, the patrol location has been changed since January 2025. Please be careful.

Every other Wednesday, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
