Report of Yokohama City Library
1 Purpose of installation
As the environment surrounding libraries is changing, it is necessary to consider the realization of services with a view to the future library image and the efficiency of management.
In particular, it is necessary to listen to the opinions of experts and thoroughly consider the path to management efficiency and the future image of the library as a social education facility, so we established the Yokohama City Library Roundtable.

(1)Priority direction of library services
Consider services assumed as "future library services"

Consider optimal operation methods from the perspective of improving services, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
(3)Future Image of Library
Considering a library image that functions as an infrastructure that supports "citizen power" and "creativity".
