Dispatch of advisors for equipment introduction
An architect will visit a hall, etc., and give advice on the details of the construction when introducing equipment, the presence or absence of incidental work, precautions, etc. (about one hour).
The fee for consultation and visit is free.

1 Purpose
By subsidizing the cost of installing energy-saving equipment in the hall, which serves as the base for the activities of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, we aim to support soaring energy prices and reduce CO2 emissions.
2 Subsidy rate and subsidy amount

3 Assistance target groups (assistant businesses)
Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations in Yokohama, District Union Neighborhood Associations
※ If you apply for assistance under a joint name with the Neighborhood Associations, etc., you will be deemed to be a subsidized organization (subsidiary business operator) for management organizations of assembly facilities to which some of the members of the Neighborhood Associations belong.
4 Main supporting requirements (Please be sure to check the "Application Guide")
1 Facilities owned by Neighborhood Associations, etc., operated and used by Neighborhood Associations, etc. that contribute to improving the welfare and solidarity of local residents.
※The following cases are also eligible for assistance.
①Even if you do not own the hall, Neighborhood Associations, etc. rents the hall, pays for equipment installation costs and continuously pays electricity charges.
②If the facility is used as a base for activities in Neighborhood Associations, etc., even if it is not owned by the Neighborhood Associations, etc., and it is applied jointly with the management organization (condominium Residential Association, etc.) of the facility to which some members of the Neighborhood Associations, etc. belong.
2 With regard to the introduction of energy-saving equipment in the hall, decisions by the Neighborhood Associations, etc. shall be made by resolution of the General Assembly.
3 The company to collect and contract estimates must be a company in Yokohama City.
4 Contracts and orders have been placed after the date of notification of grant decision
5 Introduce equipment and report the completion of maintenance by December 26, 2025.
5 Conditions of Covered Equipment
※When applying for assistance such as insulation windows and solar equipment, it may take some time from ordering to delivery date. It takes at least 1.5 months from application to grant decision. After ordering, please check with the contractor to see if the completion report deadline of December 26 is in time, and apply as soon as possible.

7 Estimation collection (determined by contract business operator)

Estimates are collected from corporations and sole proprietors with head offices, branches, sales offices, etc. in the city, and the company is determined.

If the contract amount is 1,000,000 yen or more (tax included) per case
Estimation is collected under the same conditions from businesses (two or more persons) that fall under any of the following, and the cheapest company is selected
①Person whose location division in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (※) is the city
②Person whose location of head office (or main office) in registry is in the city
③Sole proprietors whose main business base is in the city and organizations that are not registered in the registry

〇 Reference information
[When performing construction involving repair of buildings, such as drilling of pipes when installing air conditioners, etc.]
After October 1, 2023, when making a new drill or expanding an existing hole, a preliminary survey of asbestos (asbestos) by qualified persons (building asbestos-containing building materials surveyors, etc.) is required. Has become mandatory.
As a result of the survey, please note that measures are required when handling building materials containing asbestos.
In addition, when ordering, instruct the construction company to comply with laws and regulations. .

Decision-making and preparation of documents
・For the introduction of energy-saving equipment in the hall, please make decisions such as Neighborhood Associations by resolution of the General Assembly.
・Please make sure that the requirements for halls and equipment are eligible for assistance, and prepare the application documents (for details, please check the application guide).
Support application
・The documents that need to be prepared are as follows. (1)Documents from (5) to (5) are required. (6)Please prepare for (9) as necessary.
・Please submit by e-mail, mail, or bring a window (reservation required) to the Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation City Planning Division, which is the outsourcing company.

About the timing of receiving the subsidy
・Subsidy payment time from Motoichi to applicant is usually after maintenance and payment completion to contract company.
・At the time of submission of the maintenance completion report, it is necessary to attach a receipt certifying that the maintenance fee has been paid to the business operator. If you need to receive the subsidy first for reasons such as funding plans for Neighborhood Associations, etc., you can receive the subsidy in advance before reporting the completion of maintenance. If you wish to pay the advance payment, please check "I want" in the "Request for advance payment" column of the subsidy grant application form (first style).

Contracts and Starts
・After receiving the delivery decision letter, please place an order with the contractor immediately.
・When maintenance is completed, please complete all maintenance and payment to company by Friday, December 26, 2025 which is maintenance completion report presentation deadline.
※ In the unlikely event that there is a change in the maintenance details after the notification of the grant decision, contact the Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation (inquiry and application reception desk) and immediately submit the change application form (No. 5 style). At that time, please submit a quote, drawing, and photo that shows the details of the change and the changes.
※Please manage the schedule of ordering and maintenance so that you can complete the submission of the completion report by Friday, December 26, 2025.
Payments to contractors
・When maintenance is completed, please pay to the company immediately and prepare the maintenance completion report documents.

About cooperation to spread awareness
We may use a hall developed using this subsidy as a venue to raise awareness of decarbonization.
Yokohama City and the contractor will perform the operation of the day, the lecturer, and the creation of flyers, but we plan to ask members to disseminate and provide venues (maintained halls).
Thank you for your understanding of the purpose of this subsidy and for your cooperation. (about 1 group per ward)
About cancellation of grant decision and return of subsidy
In the following cases, we may ask you to cancel the grant decision or return the subsidy. .
(1) When a grant decision is received due to a false application or other wrongful act
(2) When the subsidy is to be used for purposes other than the purpose of grant
(3) When receiving a subsidy, discarding, disposing, or lending, exchanging, or collateralizing the installed equipment to a third party
(4) Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Building Decarbonization Promotion Project Subsidy Grant Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary") or the conditions under the outline (except when Director General deems it unavoidable)
(5) When Director General submits a notice of withdrawal based on the outline (No. 7 style) and receives it

Restrictions on the disposal of property and storage of related documents
・Regarding the equipment introduced by this subsidy project, it is not permitted to use, dispose or dispose of it, transfer, exchange, lend, or use it as collateral within the disposal restriction period for the purpose of granting subsidies. The disposal limit period is up to 10 years. Please note that if the disposal is carried out within the disposal limit period, the refund of the subsidy and the approval of the Director General will be required.
・During the above restriction period, documents related to this subsidy project must be kept in Neighborhood Associations, etc. Thank you for your cooperation.
