Those who can use it
Anyone can use it.
How to use and application
It can be used at each library in the city. No prior application is required. Please contact us at the counter.
You can also experience a daisy player at each library in the city, and a dedicated application (voice of daisy) using an iPad in Chuo-toshokan.
