Crows are wild animals subject to the Wildlife Protection Act, so they will not be removed just by having a nest.
In order to protect their nests and chicks in breeding season from early spring to early summer, crows often threaten or attack approaching people as enemies. If a parent bird is attacking, remove the nest after taking procedures such as applying for removal of the Wildlife Protection Law as a damage control.
