Notice
１．Introduction
"Drawing copy" proves that the local road matches the road ledger area map etc. (boundary survey map such as roads and waterways). Prior to the request, the claimant will investigate and measure the presence or absence of a landmark on site. After receiving the request, a copy of the drawing can be issued if the responsible department confirms that the local road matches the road ledger area map etc. with the local road.
In addition, for "certification as road area", it is condition of grant that it matches not only the billing place but also the opposite side.
If the distance between the road ledger area map and the local city boundary mark exceeds the tolerance or if there is no city boundary mark, a "drawing copy" can be issued after the procedure for restoring the boundary mark. .

２．Reason for claim

※The documents will be reviewed when submitting the invoice, so fax or e-mail cannot be requested.
４．Request for shortening the delivery period of “Drawing Copy”
For land and house investigators, land and house investigators, and surveyors, a certificate will be issued in about two weeks under certain conditions.

５．Fees
When the copy is completed, the person in charge will contact you.
The fee is 600 yen per billed point. If the billing point spans several brushes, the number of brushes x 600 yen (x the number of billed copies).
６．Delivery of drawings
It takes about one month from the reception to the delivery. (In the case of a request for shortening the delivery period, it will be issued in about 2 weeks.)
７．Withdrawal of request for delivery
When withdrawing the request for grant, please submit a document stating the withdrawal of the request and the date of withdrawal.
