(2) Where it is difficult to use in the dark sewer
A. The pipe over the lie down
B. Pipes with no room in space

(3) Districts that have been applied under the provisions of Article 4 (prior consultation)
Currently, there are no districts that open applications for prior consultation.
(4) Standard processing period from Article 4 (prior consultation) to Article 7 (permission for private use)
10 days from submission of prior consultation to issuance of consultation opinion
20 days from the submission of the pre-examination application form to the issuance of the pre-examination response form
15 days from submission of private use permission application to issuance of private use permit
