In order to prevent unwanted passive smoking in Yokohama City, outdoor facilities such as citizen's forest, contact forest, municipal green space, and Yokohama nature observation forest will be banned from April 2025.
The use of fire in the park has not been permitted for a long time, but in addition to fire, smoking cessation has been added.
Aiming at "Yokohama, a town that nurtures the next generation of children who want to raise children together," we will protect an environment where children can play safely and with peace of mind, and in a garden where many people gather and relax, we will promote unwanted passive smoking measures. We will promote smoking cessation.
