What is the Yokohama Green Up Plan (new and expanded measures)?
The Yokohama Green Up Plan (new and expanded measures) is a plan from fiscal 2009 to fiscal 2013 to halt the reduction of greenery, create familiar water and greenery with citizens in conservation, and maintain and improve the total amount and quality of greenery in the future.
