Information on Exchange Space

The exchange space attached to the Environmental Activity Support Center building is an information base centered on the forest land policy of the Yokohama Green Up Project, which provides opportunities for citizens to become interested in forests in Yokohama.
The exchange space has a welcome atmosphere, including a round table made of wood from Kanagawa Prefecture and a screen with botanical art.
Plant-related books and picture books are also available, so please feel free to drop in.

You can see the flowers in Environmental Activity Support Center. Exhibition of introduction panels of civic agriculture university, volunteer activities, etc.

"Let's play with nature in art" video on Yokohama Museum of Art official YouTube
In Environmental Activity Support Center and Yokohama Museum of Art, we aim to reevaluate the familiar greenery through art.
We have been holding the "Yokohama Green Up Workshop" in collaboration since 2011.
In fiscal 2020, the workshop was canceled to prevent the spread of infection in COVID-19.
The artist's production from the plants seen in the park is summarized in a video work that can be enjoyed at home.
The actual works are displayed in the exchange space, so please take a look at them.
