Contents of discussion -3 Factory warehouse area (quasi-industrial area)
1 In principle, the building should be used as a factory or warehouse. However, this does not apply to factories or warehouses where managers and employees live, and offices and stores that are in harmony with the environment of the factory warehouse area.
2. Set up a cargo handling area in the required number of parking lots and premises.
3. Ensure sufficient greening of the site.
