In recent years, as cities have shifted from the age of growth to the age of maturity, it is necessary to further promote area management initiatives in order to build a sustainable city. From April 1, 2016, the organization that implements area management and the city will formulate an "area management plan" based on discussions and conclude an agreement with each other to establish a new outline that defines office work to promote area management.
