Environmental Business Promotion Committee

The environmental business promotion committee, commissioned by the mayor, is led by liaison councils of each ward, and cooperates with other local organizations as well as Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, to promote 3R actions to reduce global warming by reducing waste, and to maintain cleanliness.

1． Separated discharge practice and awareness-raising activities
　　Activities to raise awareness of separation and discharge manners at collection site in each Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations area.
2． Promotion of community cleanup activities
　　Continuous efforts to clean up local communities in Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
3． Promotion of clean and clean urban development
　　In cooperation with the ward office and the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, we will conduct initiatives related to the beautification of the town, such as illegal dumping and littering.
4． Practice and awareness-raising activities for environmental actions
　　Practice and enlightenment cooperation of enlightenment behavior of 3R behavior at home and in local events
5． Providing information to local communities
　　Provision of information on waste reduction, decarbonization efforts centered on 3R actions, regional beautification, etc. to local residents
6． Consultation from residents and communication with government agencies
　　If there is a consultation on 3R activities or beautification activities in the area, we will cooperate with the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office and ward office.
