Troubles among residents of condominiums

In order to resolve individual problems, Yokohama City will not engage in arbitration between parties (Residential Association or residents) or introduce specific lawyers or companies or businesses.

Problems between residents are resolved between residents.

 Condominiums where multiple people own a single building separately and live together can cause various problems due to differences in consciousness and values.
 In such a case, please respond by discussing with the residents, responding based on the management rules, and reviewing the management rules as necessary.
 We cannot respond in the city.
