About online legal consultation

From May 2025, some of the legal consultations, which had been conducted only by telephone or face-to-face, will be conducted online.
The first time will be May 1, 2025 (Thursday), and reservations will be accepted from 8:45 on April 24, 2025 (Thursday).
Online consultation is done using the consultant's smartphone.
If you wish, please make a reservation after confirming this page to the end.

We accept by telephone and window of citizen counselor's office from 8:45 am on Thursday one week before conduct day.

We accept by electronic application system from 0:00 on the first day of the consultation month to 15:00 two days before the implementation date.
After the online reservation period, you will be accepted by telephone and at the window of the Citizen Consultation Office.

１．5 minutes prior to the reservation time, you will receive a short email to Phone number that you provided at the time of booking.
２．When the reservation time is reached, please click the URL described in the short mail. Online consultation will begin.
　　If your smartphone asks you for microphone or camera permission, be sure to respond to permission.
３．After the online consultation is completed, you will see a page to proceed to the questionnaire form.
　　Thank you for your cooperation in the questionnaire.

・The online consultation system to be used is "Video Talk Powered by Airden".
・You don't need to install the app or create an account. Please use your smartphone.
・Online consultation is not a telephone line, but a communication. Communication fees will be borne by you.
　We recommend that you use it in a Wi-Fi environment.
・Data cannot be exchanged, such as PDF data or Excel files.
・In the unlikely event that any problems occur during online consultation, please note that we will switch to telephone consultation.
・The URL described in the short mail is only available once.
　If you accidentally cut it, you will not be able to access it again, so be careful with the operation.
