Temporary loan system

City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau will lend land owned by the bureau for a certain period of time (in principle, within one year) including Yokohama and Sagamihara. These lands can be used as material storage and parking lots.
However, the following items cannot be used.

1. For the purpose of construction (including temporary construction) of buildings such as houses and offices
2. Items that are expected to significantly impair the environment, such as odor, noise, and soil contamination.
3. Used for political or religious purposes
4. Used for customs business purposes that fall under Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Regulations on Customs Business, etc. and Optimization of Business
5. Used for the purpose of special sex customs business that falls under Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the Act on Regulations on Customs Sales and Optimization of Business
6. Anything that violates public order and morals
7. Other items that are deemed unsuitable for loans, etc.

It can be used as a site such as a material storage area or parking lot.
・Please note that the loan will be available at the moment. In addition, after the loan period ends, you will need to return to the state when you lent the land.
・If you use it in a material storage area, noise and dust may be generated, so please apply after sufficient understanding of the neighborhood.

Within 1 year (up to 4 renewals and can be updated up to 5 years)
※The available period and terms of use vary depending on the property.
※If City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau uses it for public or public use, you may be required to return it even during the loan period.

Individuals, organizations, and corporations can apply. However, the following persons are excluded.

1. Those who do not have the ability to conclude a contract or those who are bankrupt and do not obtain reinstatement
2. Those who have been nominated by Yokohama City
3. Gangsters and their members who fall under Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters
4. Gangsters stipulated in Article 2, Item 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, Gangsters stipulated in Item 4 of the same Article, Gangsters governing corporations stipulated in Item 5 of the same Article, or Gangsters stipulated in Article 7 of the Ordinance Those who are deemed to have a close relationship with
5. A person who has a fact that violates Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the Kanagawa Gangster Exclusion Ordinance
6. Organizations, their officers and employees and members who fall under each item of Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Regulations of Organizations that Performed Indiscriminate Mass Murders
7. In addition, those who are judged to be unsuitable as lessee

Lending fees are calculated based on the standards set by City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau. If you decide to use it, you will be required to pay the full loan fee for the loan period in advance.
※Please note that due to differences in the land unit price, which is the basis for calculation, even if the loan is in the same period and the same area, the amount will differ for each property.

There are no new properties.

If there is no application for a new property, it will be a "continuous property" and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Currently, among the properties listed in the "Property List", applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for properties with "Applications are being accepted".

Please submit "water supply land use application" to jurisdiction section of each possession land.
