In order to attract the 9th African Development Conference to Yokohama, the 9th African Development Conference Yokohama Attraction League was formed by a bipartisan group, and attended the 9th African Development Conference Yokohama Attraction Promotion Council.
On the same day, he handed out a request form to the League of Parliamentarians, Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno, and Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Kenji Yamada, and emphasized the strengths of Yokohama, the "city closest to Africa" based on his experience of holding the past three meetings and exchanges with citizens and related organizations.
