At the "Special City System Izumi Ward Regional Briefing Session", I explained the "Special City" that Yokohama City is aiming for.
In the second half of the briefing session, the members of the Izumi Ward Union Neighborhood Association Presidency spoke on behalf of the participants and had a lively exchange of opinions.
