You can check information about Family Registry Division, Insurance and Pension Division, Elderly and Disabled Support Division and Children and Families Support Division.

At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications from family register (child birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed at a later date in Family Registry Division, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the date of acceptance.

Follow National Route 246 (upbound), turn right at Shimonaga Tsuda Intersection, follow the Yamashita Nagatsuta Line, go straight at the Tokaichiba Intersection, and turn right at the Midori Ward Office Intersection.

Run along the prefectural road Maruko Nakayama Chigasaki Line (Nakahara Kaido) toward Nakayama, turn left at the Miyashita Intersection, go straight on the Yamashita Nagatsuta Line about 400 to 500 meters, and turn left at the Midori Ward Office Intersection.

Follow the prefectural road Aoto Kamihoshikawa Line toward Nagatsuta and turn left at the Midori Ward Office Intersection, about 400 to 500 meters from the Miyashita Intersection.

From Route 2 "Kishine Intersection", enter Prefectural Road No. 12 Yokohama Kami-Azabu Line (turn left from Yokohama, turn right from Tokyo, go straight from Higashikanagawa / Rokukakubashi).
Pass the JR Yokohama Line Kozukue Station on your right, cross the Shinkawamuko Bridge, turn left at the Umeda Bridge Intersection, enter the Green Industrial Road, go straight for about 2 km, cross the Ochiai Bridge, pass the elevated JR Yokohama Line, and turn right at the Miyashita Intersection, about 400 to Midori Ward.
