We provide places for citizens' voluntary welfare activities, health activities, etc., and foster, consult, and support volunteers. . As places for activities, we have set up a group exchange room, a multipurpose training room, a face-to-face reading room / editing room, a recording room, and a Braille production room, which are used by local volunteer groups.
