Yokohama citizens who do not have similar opportunities for health check-up at work or health insurance associations

Various cancer screenings can be taken at "Cancer Screening Conducting Medical Institutions".

• Stomach cancer health check-up
• Lung Cancer health check-up
• Cervical Cancer health check-up
• Breast Cancer health check-up
• Prostate cancer health check-up
• Colorectal cancer health check-up

[Method of consultation at medical institutions]
①Select a medical institution that will undergo Yokohama City Cancer Screening.
②Make a reservation directly to a cancer screening medical institution saying, "I want to have a XX cancer screening in Yokohama City."
③I will go to a medical institution on the day I make the reservation.
　※Please bring your insurance card and other documents to confirm your Address and date of birth.
※The health check-up lung cancer in Health and Welfare Center ended in fiscal 2023.

Those who fall under any of the following 1 to 5 can have a cancer screening free of charge.
However, if you apply to 1, you need to proceed with the Green Health and Welfare Center in advance.

In order for households exempt from municipal tax prefectural tax in fiscal 2023 and only taxable per capita rates to receive cancer screening free of charge, procedures at Green Health and Welfare Center are required in front of health check-up. (In fiscal 2024, colorectal cancer health check-up is free of charge, so there is no need to apply for a tax exemption confirmation.)
We will issue a “Confirmation Form for Persons Exemption from health check-up Patients”, so please present this form when you undergo a cancer screening.

• After you visit health check-up, you will not be able to issue a “Confirmation Form for Exemption from Patients from health check-up”.

When you undergo a cancer screening, please show a health insurance card, etc. that can confirm your age.

When you receive a cancer screening, please show your "Large Elderly Medical Care Insured Card".

When you receive a cancer screening, please show your "Holiday / Night Medical Request Certificate".
