About Saturday open agency
It is expected to be very crowded on Saturday. Procedures that can be performed by mail or online are provided on the next page.
For customers who cannot come to the window on weekdays, we have opened some offices, mainly in Family Registry Division and Insurance and Pension Division.
Schedule 2nd and 4th Saturday
Open Hours: 9:00 a.m. to noon
Attention: In some cases, such as those that require confirmation from other municipalities and pension offices, and those related to the Network System for Basic Resident Registers are not available. For details, please be sure to check before visiting the Agency.
