Yokohama City has set up independently as a base facility to support the local life of children with disabilities and persons at home and their families.
Major services include day-to-day activities (day service (elderly day care) and disability welfare services), life support services (temporary care, short stays, leisure activities support, toy library) and consultation support services (partially implemented).

4 Mid-career Disabled Persons Local Activities Center (PDF: 147KB)

Persons with disabilities due to sequelae such as cerebrovascular disease are engaged in activities to promote independent living and social participation while conducting life training and interacting with the community. In addition, we also conduct rehabilitation classes for those who have just been discharged from the hospital.
