Contact welfare promotion business

This activity was formed in the Neighborhood Associations area of Neighborhood Association and monitors and visits elderly households living alone.
Through activities, we aim to build a warm neighborhood relationship and create a town where everyone can live with peace of mind.

Members of the local community, including Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association, local welfare officers and children's committees, are volunteering.
No position or special qualifications are required, but we will create and act based on laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information.
You need it.

The contact party is intended for those who fall under the following households and who have agreed to watch and visit activities.
① Elderly households living alone
② Households only for the elderly
③ Households in which family members are only elderly during the day due to work or other reasons
④ Households of the Elderly and Disabled
⑤ Persons with disabilities only
⑥ In addition, households that the community deems necessary to watch over.

Watching and visiting activities.
・Watching activities (about once or twice a week)
　Watch out from the outside to see if you are living fine.
　(Whether the shutter opens in the morning, the lights turn on at night, or newspapers are not accumulated.)
・Visiting activities (about once or twice a month)
　I'll visit your home and ask you about your physical condition.

In Nishi Ward, we provide subsidies to support the activities of contact parties.
・Targets
　An organization formed by local residents in Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations to engage in contact activities.
・Grant amount
　The grant amount is the amount obtained by multiplying the grant base amount by the ratio of the activity start time.
　Grant amount = Grant base amount x percentage of activity start time
“Subsidy base amount”
　Grant base amount = basic amount (20,000 yen) + additional amount (1,200 yen x number of households eligible for grant *)
※The following households are eligible for grant.
　① Elderly households living alone
　② Households only for the elderly
　③ Households in which family members are only elderly during the day due to work or other reasons
　④ Households of the Elderly and Disabled
　⑤ Persons with disabilities only
　⑥ In addition, households that the community deems necessary to watch over.
　※⑥Regarding the reason why you need to watch over, we may check the documents.
“Start of Activities”
　1st quarter (end of May): １００％
　2nd Quarter (end of August): ８０％
　3rd Quarter (end of November): ６０％
　4th Quarter (end of February): ３０％

① Administrative expenses (consumables expenses, printing expenses, communication expenses, etc.)
② Meeting fees (Venue fee, etc.)
③ Expenses associated with contact welfare activities
④(Purchasing costs for enlightening goods, etc. for the target person, holding costs for events for the purpose of exchanging the target person, etc. (excluding sake charges)
⑤Other expenses necessary to carry out the activities of the contact party
