About "meal balance guide" (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries) (outside site)
It is OK to have "staple food", "main dish" and "side dish" on one plate, such as Chinese rice bowl and curry rice.
First of all, let's start eating a combination of various foods.
Also, don't forget to incorporate dairy products and fruits once a day!
A leaflet that allows you to easily understand "nutrition balance" is posted.
Please see "approach example" of Yokohama-shi homepage "Yokohama food education web".
